Too many to know for sure. There must be thousands. I'm sure you are aware of the common large religious groups, but there are numerous smaller groups. Then, do you count subsets or sects of one religion as separate religions, or together with the main. Naturally, members of each group will tell you that their way is the right way for them; some will go so far as to tell you that their way is the ONLY way for ALL.
