There are three branches of the U.S. Government: * the executive which is the president in the White Houlse * the legislative which is the House of Representatives and the Senate * the Judicial which is the Supreme Court and U.S. Courts So there are no Congressional Representatives assigned to the White House. If by "representatives" you mean lobbyists, there are so many I wouldn't hazard a guess.
