I looked at how the majority of each county voted in the past five presidential elections. Of Florida's 67 counties,34 counties voted Republican all five times,17 counties voted Republican three or four times,7 counties voted Democratic three or four times, and9 counties voted Democratic all five times.

Indiana voted "officially" Democrat in the 2008 elections. However most people are Republicans. The counties that voted democrat were the poorer counties in the north where the RV industry has tanked and left many people without a job. The other counties that voted democrat have a high minority vote, and student vote such as around Notre Dame, IU, and Purdue.
