You will have to find the ATF data for that year. Ruger will not tell you.
No public data- but you can ask Ruger customer service through their website.
AFIAK, only Ruger knows. You could try asking at RugerForum.com
To determine the manufacture date of a Ruger No. 1 with the serial number 131-00781, you would typically need to consult Ruger's official records or use their serial number lookup tool, as they assign numbers sequentially. Ruger No. 1 rifles were produced over many years, and the specific date can vary. If you have access to Ruger's customer service, they can provide the exact date based on the serial number.

Most likely, just a few minutes ago. Rifle production in the US has not stopped since it started in the Colonial days. Rifles of many different kinds are currently produced by many manufacturers from inexpensive hunting rifles of Savage to army rifles of Colt to tactical rifles of CheyTac to .50 caliber Barrets to fancy Cooper sporters.
Many, many manufacturers. Remington, Winchester, Ruger.. those would be the big name ones, but there's a whole lot more.
Winchester produced 720,609 model 1873 rifles between the years 1873-1923.
Ruger has many variations of semi-automatic 22 rifles. Prices will vary from 100-1000 or more USD depending on specifics
Only Remington knows.
Originally, none of them. They were produced in blue. Rifles that came back through for an arsenal rebuild in later years were Parkerized if the bluing was in poor condition.
They are still being mass produced by Ruger. Which, like most firearm manufactures in the U.S., are overloaded with orders from private buyers. You can't buy most firearms directly from the manufacturer anymore without wating everal months. Remington is currently 6 months behind. But there will be many more produced as other companies are looking to buy the rights to produce the many versions of this firearm as well as Ruger.
No public records are available as to the breakdown of the model 1894 rifles produced by Caliber.
