As of June 10, 2014, Walworth County is among the minority of counties in Wisconsin that are not issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples. The reason stated is that the County Clerk is "confused" by the June 6, 2014 federal court striking down Wisconsin's ban on same-sex marriage and the Clerk is awaiting further instructions.

I don't think you can. You either has to be single or married to adopt. Just living together is neither. if you are in a samesex relationship and has gone through partnership might be possible though.

No, in Islam having a boyfriend/girlfriend type of relationship is not allowed whether your a male or a female and whether the bf/gf is Muslim or not.
