There have been 2 series of clone wars aired on TV, one in 2003 and one in 2008. They are distinct TV series and do not follow directly on from each other.
The release date for season 4 of Star Wars: The Clone Wars on DVD and Blu-Ray has not been revealed to the public yet, but my best guess is that, like the first 3 seasons, it will be released in the late fall of 2012
As of August 3, 2011, the first 3 seasons have finished airing and season 4 is supposed to premiere in mid-fall. Personally, I think there's going to be 5 seasons.

What do you mean by episode 6? If by series, you mean the TV series "Star Wars: The Clone Wars" there have so far been 4 seasons and they each have 22 episodes per season.
The actual date hasn't been confirmed yet, but the last 3 seasons began in the fall. So the 4th season will begin in either September or October 2011
