You can improve your forearms by working them out twice a week. Since Forearms are used in almost all exercises for the upper body, you shouldn't be doing too many exercises for it. Some good exercises for your forearms are: Wrist curls Reverse wrist curls Hammer curls You can pick up any 2 of the above exercises and do 3 sets each on your arms workout day to build a better forearm

The average routines are: 4 sets of 4 10-repititions exercise. For example; -Upper Chest: 4 sets of 10 repititions. -Lower Chest: 4 sets of 10 repititons. -Push-ups: 4 sets of 10 repititions. -Chest press: 4 sets of 10 repititions.
