It depends.
There's a subtle difference between sightings thought to be the Aurora and sightings OF the Aurora.
As far as can be ascertained by reliable analysts the Aurora as such does not exist, but sightings of unknown/ unidentified aircraft have been attributed to it.
The answer, therefore, is: none.
So many it's hard to keep track of them all. But remember that all of the sightings were probably not all actual UFOs. No doubt that many of those reported were military manuvers that are top secret.
YES there have been many many many many ufo sightings in california
The SR-91 (Aurora) might exist. There are many sightings of the Aircraft , some revealing its futuristic capabilities and Apperance. The choice is yours for now. Link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aurora_aircraft
There have been a lot. I don't think anyone knows how many. The question is how many were really sightings and how many were made up. That is the problem with all of this. Do I believe there are actual sightings? Yes.
Since not everyone chooses to tell everyone of their sightings of Bigfoot around the world, it is hard to say precisely how many sightings there have been.
