Yes he had brothers and sisters.
AnswerAs Jesus' Father is not human, thus biologically Jesus may have had only half-brothers or half-sisters from His mother. However, Mary had been virgin till His birth and she did not have carnal intimacy with a man thereafter. Therefore, Jesus had no biological siblings.Jesus however had at least one stepbrother (James) from his adoptive father Joseph.
ANSWER
I hope this will clarify. The Spirit which dwells in Jesus is the Eternal Father, who is uncreated. Mary did not create Jesus' Spirit. However, Jesus' body was formed in Mary's womb and biologically He shares her DNA. Jesus is God in human flesh. The flesh of Jesus is fully human, and genetically He was a descendent of David - the Bible gives us the geneaologies. Mark 6:3 and Matthew 13:55 gives us the name of Jesus' brothers. They are not step-brothers because they share the same DNA as Jesus, from their mother Mary.
Jesus did not have any sisters or brothers.
AnswerI believe JESUS actually did have sisters. Check out the Book of Mark 6:3
"Is not this the carpenter, the son of Ma'-ry, the brother of James, and Jo'-ses, and of Ju'-da, and Si'-mon? and are not his sisters with us? And they were offended at him." KJV
It is all how you interpret it. All are intitled to their Option and this is how I understand it to be. Love Jesus and continue to grow in the Lord and Study and read his word.
GOD Bless All!
AnswerOne site as quoted below says Jesus had at least 3 sisters: ( I do not know the actual source, but if it is "traditional" it is dubious, so buyer beware.)WAS JESUS' MOTHER A POOR GIRL WHO HAD NO OTHER CHILDREN?No. Mary was a wealthy Princess of David's line and had at least 8 children: Jesus, Jacob or James the Less, Joseph Jr or Joses, Simeon, Judas Thaddeus or Lebbaeus, and at least three daughters, of whom one was probably named Joanna and one Susanna and one possibly named Anna after Mary's mother.
Matthew 13:53-56 tells us that, in a physical sense, Jesus had atleast four half-brothers, James, Joseph, Simon and Judas, as well as sisters .
In a 'spiritual' sense, he had many who were joined to him as 'spiritual family members', 'brothers in the faith'.(Matthew 12:48-50)(Mark 3:31-35)
At least six - or half of Jesus' 12 disciples were brothers:
Peter and Andrew
James and John (sons of Zebedee)
James and Matthew (sons of Alphaeus)
There is a possibility that the Judas who did not betray Jesus was a third brother of James and Matthew. The original language in Luke 6:16 simply says, "Judas of James." Some translations translate it, "Judas, brother of James" and others translate it "Judas son of James." Either translation can be defended linguistically.
______
Matthew 10:1-4; Mark 2:14; Mark 3:16-19; Luke 6:12-16
He had five siblings four brothers and one sister.
According to the NT:Jesus had at least six earthly (half-) siblings, but the exact number is never specified in scripture. See Matthew 13:55, 56 and Mark 6:3.He had 4 brothers and at least 2 sisters as it is plural:
Matthew 13:55-56New King James Version (NKJV)55 Is this not the carpenter's son? Is not His mother called Mary? And His brothers James, Joses,[a] Simon, and Judas? 56 And His sisters, are they not all with us? Where then did this Man get all these things?"

"Is not this the carpenter's son" Is not His mother called Mary? And His brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas? And HIS SISTERS, are they not all with us?" (Matt.13:55-56)So, at the very least, Jesus had "TWO" sisters... but there may have been more.Jesus did not have any sisters or brothers.See also the Book of Mark 6:3.
Your probably referring to the sisters of Lazarus - Mary and Martha in John 11. But it is also implied that Jesus visited His mother and bothers and sisters in Matthew 13 and Mark 6.
