It really depends on how many apps, videos, pictures, and saved files - such as internet browsing history, notes, search history, etc. - you have on your iPod. Plus, it depends on what generation iPod touch you have.
Original/Scroll - 1000-2000
2nd Generation - 1000-4000
3rd Generation - 4000-10,000
4th Generation - 5000-10,000
(It varies between the estimated numbers listed above according to how much other stuff you have saved on your iPod - again: videos, pictures, saved data, etc.)
Hope this helped! :-)
One byte of storage typically equates to one minute of music. 8 gigabytes of storage would thereby fit around 8000 minutes of music, or about 2000 typical songs. However, given the necessity for other storage (e.g. location and control data) the actually number will be somewhat less than this, especially on devices such as the iPod and other personal .mp3 players.
2,ooo songs but more gigabytes means lasts longer but higher price if you like music a lot I pefer you should get 32g
According to Apple's iPod Touch tech spec page, the 8GB iPod Touch can hold up to 1,750 songs.
It all depends on the size of the individual songs, but an 8 gig ipod can hold about 2,000 songs according to Apple.
around 1500
100,00000
about 2000 maybe a little less
My 8g iPod has about twenty apps and 300 songs I think it is almost full.
It probably already has other stuff on the iPhone that is taking up the space.
An iPod Touch that can hold 500-600 songs would be the iPod Touch 8g (gigabyte), and the 2nd generation of that storage capacity is about $199 (don't forget to add tax for your area).
1700
It depends if you like 400 songs or 400 seconds worth of songs
8gb
my ipod can hold up to 3000 songs
If you don't have anything else on then you will have a lot more memory for storage of music. or anything else like apps for instance.
it can hold a lot of songs but if you have to many songs it could make the shuffle go slower than before you had a lot of songs.
about 500 songs
125,069,881,842 songs
