3 cylinders have wires, 3 cylinders have boots attached to the coils.
Spark plug wires are made in the way when it's really hard to connect wires in a wrong order, they have certain length and a special holder which prevents mistakes during repair process.

Yes it does have spark plugs....no it does not have wires, they have boots from cylinder 1-5 and a diff one for 6th cylinder
Replace all the spark plugs and plug wires. If that does not solve the problem look at the coils.
It means exactly what is says. Cylinder # 1 is misfiring and not firing all the time. New spark plugs and wires should solve the problem.

The 2004 Trailblazer does not have plug wires. It has a coil pack per cylinder that connects direct to the spark plugs.

In a way, it has coil packs which have wires connected to them. Each cylinder has its own ignition coil and the spark distribution is electronically controlled.
