Aircraft engine mounting depends heavily on which airframe is being described. Multi-engine aircraft most commonly have them on the wings, but some also mount an engine on the bottom of the vertical stabilizer. Fighter jets' engines are usually mounted within the rear end of the aircraft, all the way up to the middle of the fuselage. Most single engine private aircraft have their engines mounted on the nose. There are exceptions, of course, but these are the most commonly found configurations.
The word "jet" can be placed in front of "plane" to create the term "jet plane." This refers to an aircraft powered by jet engines, commonly used for commercial and private flights.
The engines generate the thrust (in the case of a jet) or put (in the case of a propeller plane) that moves the plane forward. The are molecules are forced over the wing where the molecules are split. Those forced over the wing cause a vacuum which in effect lifts the plane. This is in basic how they fly and why they need engines. A glider uses the thermal lift (hot air) and spirals upward in the same manner as a bird
not many cruising spots left in GA because the cops have put a stop to most of them
As many as you can put in your suitcase, and in you bag and in your hands.

Passengers are typically allowed to bring cell phones on a plane, but they must be turned off or put in airplane mode during the flight.
