In Real Life, I'd say Yusei would be better as he has many powerful Synchro Monsters and Jaden would have a hard time drawing the best cards out of his deck watered down with Equip Spells only usable on specific Elemental Heroes, but in the Anime, I would say Jaden as he has Heart of the Cards which allows him to get any cards he needs... I have no idea if Yusei has Heart of the Cards or not though.
