In Bangladesh, we have offices in all eight administrative divisions. These divisions are divided into 64 districts. Each division is named after its major city, which also serves as administrative seat.

None. The principal divisions in the UK are the countries England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. The administrative subdivisions are different in each country. For example, Scotland is divided into 32 "council areas". None of these administrative divisions are called "states".
