Only three states have any territory at or south of 30° north latitude: Florida, Texas, and Hawaii.
There are three states in the U.S. that are completely north of 40 degrees north latitude: Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont.
The only US state north of the 60 degree line is Alaska. The contiguous 48-states are below 50 degree line. The other US territories; e.g., Guam, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, etc. are all south of the 50 degree line of latitude.
