Reportedly, Park 51, the name for the proposed mosque and cultural center, will cover 150,000 square feet and stand approximately 13 to 15 stories high.
The president hasn't commented on whether he supports the location of the mosque, just the right for people to worship there.
because every person is born independent and everyone has equal rights according to united nation's basic right's charter.
Obama is not building a mosque anywhere. In fact, the so-called mosque is not a mosque at all, but an Islamic cultural center. The center is being built by a Muslim imam named Feisal Abdul Rauf, and his congregation and some real estate developers. Obama has nothing to do with any of it. They are building the mosque two blocks from Ground Zero because that is just where they happened to find space for it.
I personally don't know what the actual cartoon looks like but it probably deals with someone not agreeing with the mosque being built near ground zero. In my opinion people need to let go of ignorant bigotry and stop thinking all the Muslims are to blame.
No. He has gone a couple of times to a Christian church.
Since Ms. Streisand has a long history of supporting Democratic candidates, it would not be surprising if she expressed her support for President Obama.
Yes and she is proud to do it.
Obama Started out with 53% of people behind him... he does not have that much support anymore.
there are none
President Obama's actually supporting it by closing an agreement with them.
Obama
Probably - certainly won't be supporting Romney
First, Barack Obama's middle name is NOT Muhammed; it is Hussein. He was named after his biological father. Second, Jeremiah Wright is a well-known Christian minister in Chicago and has never been a member of a mosque. He was, until he retired, the pastor of a Protestant church. Third, Barack Obama was raised mostly by his maternal grandparents, who were Protestant Christians. There is no credible evidence that he was ever a member of a mosque. But that said, President Obama has a multicultural family. His maternal side is Christian, his paternal side is varying religions, including Muslim. And the Obama family has relatives who are Christian, Buddhist, Jewish, and Muslim. Also, Mr. Obama has friends from many religions; the same was true of his predecessor, President Bush.
