They are frogs and tadpoles.
The population of water snails, tadpoles, and stickleback would become higher because the water beetles would not be eating them. Then the tadpoles, sticklebacks, and water snails would eat all the food that all the other insects in the pond were eating.
If you leave the tadpoles in with the fish they will compete for the same food and oxygen in the water. Make sure you have enough room in the bowl for your fish and tadpoles. When the tadpole grows it would like a spot to bask out of the water and rest.
While it is possible a few tadpoles might survive they are not salt water animals. Living in salt water would be difficult in any who do survive it is doubtful a frog or toad would lay eggs in saltwater.
I doubt that they will allow them. I say this because when boarding a plane opened bottles of water are taken away so tadpoles swimming in a bag or bottle of water would be taken. I am also not sure that the tadpole would survive the air pressure change in an airplane.
Water
Unlikely but yes, as long as the water is oxygenated. It really would depend on th PH of the water, and what bacteria is in the water that could be harmful, or act as food for them.
