Your vet should give you a list of directions after your puppy is spayed. Don't give them a bath for at least the first 10 days, restrict activity, monitor the wound for any signs of infection, don't let them get wet etc. :) (another writer) Also ask your vet for something you can give them for post-operative pain. Mine got a pill that lasted, I think, 24 hours.
Nope this isn't possible.

Depends where it is coming from. You need to be more precise. Within Switzerland there are two classes, "A post" and "B post". "A post" will normally get their overnight, "B post" is slower but cheaper.

Accidentally? Minimal to none, as long as you are using the Pill as directed. Once you go off the pill, your fertility should return quickly and some women even get pregnant before their first "post pill" menstrual cycle.
This will vary for each woman. Some will experience a long delay in return to their normal cycle, but most women who were regular pre-pill can expect normalcy to resume within about 3 months. Some women notice symptoms like headaches, mood swings, more blemishes and increased PMS (cramps, bloating, etc.) post-pill. Others who have had troubling symptoms on the pill will start feeling better soon after getting off of the pill. On the plus side, many women have reported feeling increased libido, feeling more "clear-headed" and even some weight loss after going off of the pill. Essentially, womens bodies, hormones, etc. are different therefore people can have very different experiences - just like the variety of experiences of being on the pill. Give it some time to get back to your normal cycle and if you do not return to your normal cycle after about 3 months (assuming you were regular before the pill), it may be a good idea to discuss this with your doctor.
