Five time zones
Two (Eastern and Central Time Zones)
The Continental US has 4 time zones. From east to west they are Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones.
Eastern Daylight Time
I believe they only have one the Eastern European Time Zone.
There are several time zones that are used in the United States. There is Pacific and Mountain daylight time, and Eastern and Central daylight time zones.
Time zones do not have capitals. Time zones are regions where a common established time is used.
Tennessee is in 2 time zones which are eastern and central.
Only one. Lithuania uses Eastern European Time (GMT +2).
Italy is on European time and is 6 hours ahead of New Your Eastern time - so 6 time zones. This is complicated by the fact that off the eastern coast of Canada there are 1/2 hour time zones.
