Yes ash meets Dialga and Palkia a few times... Can't remember the episodes Sorry! But I do know that ash meets Dialga and Palkia in the Pokemon movie Arceus and the Jewel of life and actually time travels with Dialga. But that's all I know.
to do this i think its just like diamond/pearl so beat your rival 500 times to get to hoenn 1000 times to get to kanto and 1500 times to get to jhoto
no one really knows it depends though on where you are digging
there's only one region in Pokemon pearl
No as it is a legendary and thus only appears once
Easy, if you have good pokemon! After you catch palkia and defeat the Elite 4 you can go there, and you will also be able to battle your rival there as many times as you want on a Friday.
On Pokemon pearl there are multiple legendary Pokemon. The first true legendary is probbaly palkia. Rotom and spiritomb etc are just sub legendarys. You can also get heatran giratina shaymin and arceus in Pokemon pearl. references, ive finished the game 10 times aswell as platinum and diamond.
you go to the spring garden and go into the left door 3 times and lugia will appear.
I think you have to beat him two times
You have to go through Mt.Coronet and catch Palkia when you get to the blizzard rock climb a few times and the passage is hidden walk by the wall and you'll have it done in no time it is just a little longer from there
Go right, then straight up, round the roundabout, use rock slash then get off and on your bike 50 times, then it should appear right in front of you.
Differences between Pokémon VersionsFor every pokémon game that was released, the games were released in pairs, with slight differences between the two. Almost everything in the games are exactly the same (as long as you are comparing games that belong to the same pair). The main difference is the pokémon that are available for capture, most notably the pokémon on the cover art and title screen (in most games this is a unique legendary pokémon). There are about 20 pokémon in each version that aren't available for capture in the other. You'll have to trade between games to collect every pokémon available. In most pokémon game pairs, there is a third version, which usually is an improvement over the previous two, and has features such as being able to catch the legendary pokémon of both of its predecessors. A list of Pokemon pairs with their third version is available in the related questions below.A detailed guide on GameFAQs explaining the differences between Pokémon Diamond and Pearl is available in the related links below. The difference is that there are some pokemons in pearl you can't get on diamond and in diamond you can't get in pearl.Diamond Pearlstunky GlameowCranidos ShieldonMurkrow MisdreavousSilcoon CascoonMime Jr Bonsly

Just place the cartridge (the square thing) into the DS (the thing with two screens.). Then slide the switch up and with your DS stylus (the pen thing) touch Dialga (the blue Pokemon with the diamond in it's chest) or Palkia (the pink Pokemon with pearls on each arm). Then press A three times. Good luck, dummy!
