to give you some insight on my situation, I just settled my workers comp case for 21 grand, a lump sum was paid out to me as my first check and then the rest is being paid out in monthly checks, my lawyer explained to me that my case will remain open for two years from the date of court incase the pain ever gets worst or i need more money and that if i wait until after that i will lose out on being able to receive further payments,my lawyer suggested to atleast wait 5 or 6 months before coming back because it may look sneaky, so my question is there a actual limit on how many times i can go back for money?, or can i go back as many times as I have back problems in the next two years to be compensated?? for exp.- go back every five months?

What were wages in the Bible times?

Wages paid to workers in Biblical times were exactly the same as wages paid worldwide today: some workers were paid in local currency (money), while others were paid 'in kind', that is, their work was rewarded with goods, services and other entitlements. As today, many workers received a mix of money and 'in kind' payments.

Can an employer require you to sign over your workers compensation settlement payment to them in order for you to buy back the sick and vacation time you used while off after surgery?

Absolutely not. Workers Compensation is yours. It is over and above sick and vacation time. Both of which you are entitled to. You probably have grounds for a civil suit if you have proof that this has happened.

What is the main benefit of fixed rate mortgages?

In a fixed rate mortgage, the interest rate remains the same for the entire term of the loan, which means that the payment remains the same throughout. The payment on an adjustable rate mortgage is subject to change. The payment will remain the same for the term of the first period, prior to the first adjustment. But then, if rates go up, the mortgage rate will increase, thus increasing the payment, sometimes to a level that is beyond the reach of the home owner. While an ARM could also mean a decrease in the monthly payment (if rates go down), it is a gamble that most people can't afford to take. For the purposes of budgeting, a fixed rate mortgage brings with it no surprises. Have a look at this website: http://www.mortgage101.com/
