The package says twice a day, but your teeth may get really sensitive. If you can, get some toothpaste from your dentists office with extra flouride (Colgate Prevident 5000) and this will alleviate the sensitivity.

∙ 12y agoive personally used them over twenty times in the past 3 years and my teeth are white as sh#*. One time they got painfully sensitive afterward but thats because i had brushed my teeth right before i put em on. Its not good to scrub your teeth and then put the strips on. the enamel is vulnerable when you do that. The sensitivity wears off after two days tho. im thinking of slappin another set on to get them extra white for the summer.
