I would say it depends on how large the block is. But, if it's a normal sized block it would be 368 times around....Sounds like a lot... Right?
The cast of The Life and Times of Temuera Morrison - 2013 includes: Temuera Morrison as himself

The number of times you need to walk around a St. Louis city block to equal one mile depends on the size of the block. Typically, city blocks in St. Louis are about 1/10th of a mile, so you would need to walk around a block approximately 10 times to equal one mile. However, this can vary slightly based on the exact dimensions of the block.
In the King James version the word - Joshua - appears 216 times
1,640.42/(3,000 + width of the block in feet)times. If the block is 3,000 feet long and only one foot wide, then only once around the block = 1.829 kilometer.
According to the Bible, Joshua and the Israelites marched around the city of Jericho once a day for six days, and seven times on the seventh day. Jericho's ancient walls encompassed an area of around 8 acres, or roughly 0.0125 square miles. Assuming the Israelites followed the perimeter of the city walls, Joshua would have walked approximately 1.5 miles each day for six days, and 1.75 miles on the seventh day, totaling around 10.75 miles.
A block is not a measure of distance. You'd need to be more specific.
0.25 miles 3/12 = 0.25
