An exact count would vary a lot depending on each individual. It is usually a lot at first as your nose becomes irritated by the inflammation the virus infection causes and that is the body's response to that type of irritation in the nose. It is about the same number of times you would sneeze with the common cold.
It would make an interesting science project to keep count, so if you get the flu (any flu, it would be same for Swine Flu as any other), keep a count of each time you sneeze and, after you wash your hands, write down how many times it is in a log. Remember to sneeze into a tissue, throw that away and wash your hands EVERY time.
it makes you sneeze an excessive amount
Homeschooling is not better. Even though the Swine flu may be spreading, the best way to learn is to learn from other students. Simple ways to avoid getting the Swine flu is to wash your hands, cover your mouth when you cough, and sneeze in your elbow; wash your hands after you sneeze though.

Impossible to answer ! On most occasions, we sneeze because something has irritated the lining of the nose - therefore, a person might not sneeze once in a day. On the other hand - someone with flu may sneeze a hundred times in a single day.
