None, on the contrary The Bible tell us that we are by nature helpless, "without strength" (Romans 5:6), "dead in sins" (Ephesians 2:1, 5; Colossians 2:13) and "slaves of sin" (John 8:34; Romans 6:20) And that is why we need to be saved (Acts 4:12)

If we could help ourselves, then Christ would have died for nothing, Christianity and the Bible would have no purpose either.
