Superman can destroy 10,000 villains at a time, with his blazer beam whereas Batman has to take his enemies down one by one at a time. If an enormous building is on fire, Superman can either blow out the flame with his super-breath if there are many hostages or just fly into the building and save the person, whereas Batman has to watch out for the steps, fine the hostage and then look for an exit. Batman risks his life to save others whereas Superman just does things as an amusement. Superman is better.

Superman always holds back against other heroes, and especially Batman. The restraint the Superman Shows always allows Batman to exploit his weaknesses. Otherwise even with the Kryptonite that Superman gave Batman Superman could super-speed and use his laser vision to defeat him from a safe distance.
