The word god father is not used in the Bible at all. But the word Father God has been used many times, especially when Jesus refers to God and talks about Him

We really have no way of knowing. God may have said it millions or billions of times in his long lifetime. The Bible doesn't say how many times God said those words. And angels have not given us that information. Perhaps they don't even know either.
