Well obviously you want to scout the level 1 NCP. But the troops and fortifications are generally low. Usually if you want to gain most of the resources there, you would want to send about 25-50 transporters. You should bring 250-500 warriors, 100 pike man and swordsman. You will not conquer the NCP first

attack it with 5k archers then do loyalty waves of 1k warriors so troop required is 5k archers 35k warriors but this is too much, you could do it less
