If you are referring to the US Permissive Action Link (PAL) code, that has varied over time and with different weapons. The first PALs introduced used 4 digit mechanical combination locks to enable/disable one of the electrical arming switches. Modern PALs use long codes entered electronically. I believe the size and algorithm for these codes is classified.
104 operating Nuclear Power units
I make it 104 on the NRC website (operating units, that is)
The present nuclear units in the US go up to 1100 MWe, larger ones are planned, up to 1600MWe. So coal plants are somewhat similar, but on one site you could have several units so making a larger total. Most nuclear sites have two units.
Romania has two nuclear power units to produce electricity.
In Morse Code a long dash or a "Dah" mark is three units long. A dash is typically three times longer than a dot. However, Morse Code can also be a binary code.
A bit over 3500 active units, with parts from a similar number of dismantled units that could be rebuilt relatively quickly if needed.
Two common types of family units are the extended and the nuclear family.
Nuclear energy is measured in mega electron volts.
