As of now, three U.S. vice presidents are buried in Florida: John C. Calhoun, who served under John Quincy Adams and Andrew Jackson, and has a burial site in Charleston, South Carolina, but his family is buried in Florida; Richard Nixon, who is buried in Yorba Linda, California, but has a memorial in Florida; and more recently, Spiro Agnew, who served under Nixon and is interred in Annapolis, Maryland, but there are memorials in Florida. However, Agnew is the only vice president actually buried in Florida.
