Its a pretty much impossible question to answer as new viruses are created all the time and sometimes old viruses resurface or a modified by a new malicious coder. What you should be aware of is that there are always viruses that are "in the wild" and that is why protection has to be constantly updated, to deal with the new and changing threats.
