200
As of 2000, Australian power points supply AC 230v at 50hz. Pre-2000, it was 240v at 50hz.
There are no volts in a light. A light consumes power.
You require about 24 volts to power the windshield wiper.
Onions don't have volts.

Watts and Volts are different units. It is like asking how many apples are there in 6 oranges. Watts = Volts x Amps x Power Factor Power Factor ranges from zero to one.
voltage meter
Point three three or 1/3rd of a volt will power any piece of equipment that is designed to operate on that voltage. To put it into perspective 1 volt = .33 volts x 3.
Volts isn't power. Volts times amps is power, also known as watts. Thus 480 volts at 2 amps consumes 960 watts, which is the same power usage of 240 volts at 4 amps or 120 volts at 8 Amps.
"Power (/Watts) = Current (/amps) * Potential Difference (/volts)" Therefore, power = 7 * 12 = 84 W
