a few too many
April McBryde
I think its about 5,000 blood cells. I knew this guy who had a growth and he had 30,000 white blood cells because his immune system was trying to fight off the growth. It was bad!
In healthy adults, the normal concentration of leukocytes (white blood cells) in blood is typically between 4,000 and 11,000 cells per microliter (µL), which is equivalent to 4 to 11 million cells per millimeter (mm) of blood. This range can vary based on factors such as age, sex, and overall health. Elevated or decreased leukocyte counts can indicate various medical conditions.
In a healthy adult, the normal range for white blood cells (WBCs), also known as leukocytes, is typically between 4,000 to 11,000 cells per cubic millimeter (mm³) of blood. Therefore, a count of up to 10,000 WBCs per mm³ falls within the normal range. White blood cells are crucial for the immune response, helping the body fight infections and diseases.
About 724 trillion cells.
There are normally about 7000 white blood cells (leukocytes) per microliter of blood.
When the white blood cell count is less than 4,000 per cubic mm, you are said to have low white blood cell count. You have such low white blood cell count in viral infections, chlamydia infections, rickettsial infections, in malaria and typhoid fever. Incidentally they are all the infections inside your cells. White blood cells can not attack them with out killing your body cells.
The three formed elements of blood is white blood cells ( leukocytes ), red blood cells (erythrocytes ) and platelets ( thrombocytes ).Red blood cellsWhite blood cellsPlatelets
White blood cells fight bacterial infections in our bodies. So an increase in white blood cells from their normal level would often indicate a bacterial infection. Very often an antibiotic is prescribed to treat the condition.
About 5 million cells per cubic mm in a healthy person.
average male rbc count is 4.6-5.4 million cells per mL of blood.
Your body could be fighting an infection and it's up to the doctor to send you for blood tests to try and find out what type of infection. People with high cases of allergies can also have high white blood cell counts.
