The majority of Soldiers that fought in The Great War were European.
There are exceptions and there were certainly a few units comprised of Africans, and even an African American unit. The Ghurkas, from Northern India served under the British.
The better approach to answering this is to find out how many minorities fought in the War, and subtract that from the total soldiers in the war for the Answer to your question.
