Generally "college" refers to a 2-year degree institution, so an Associates of Art, Ceramics Major is available at a 2-year or community college.

  • College (Latin: collegium) is a term most often used today in the United States to denote a degree-awarding tertiary educational institution and in other English-speaking countries to refer to an academically oriented secondary school. ...
  • In Canadian English, the term college usually refers to community college or a technical, applied arts, or applied science school. These are post-secondary institutions granting certificates, diplomas, associate's degree, and bachelor's degrees.

However, there is certainly more to learn about ceramics, so if you wish to, you can go on to university and receive a bachelor of arts, a masters degree or even a PHD in ceramics.
