Inhuman is a really high bar, in that treatment has to be so incredibly bad to be inhuman. If you were to add up the days of inhuman treatment (pogroms and mass murders) Jews suffered for around 60-70 non-consecutive years. Jews suffered through unequal and discriminatory treatment that was not necessary inhuman for all of the Diaspora period (roughly 1880 years) and sometimes earlier too (in Second Temple times).

In particular: The Spanish Inquisition existed from 1492-1830, but only really harassed Jews and Conversos from 1492-1530 (38 years), the Holocaust severely persecuted and murdered Jews from 1938-1945 (7 years), each of the thousands of pogroms that were 1-5 days long count for the remaining years. Add to that each of the eight crusades, the First and Second Destructions, the persecutions during the Black Plague (1347-1350), the massacre of Betar, the destruction of the Galilee communities by the Romans, etc.

What kind of ways were Jews killed in the Holocaust?

Jews were killed in numerous ways. Some were: gas showers, shot, hung, beaten to death, starvation, disease, exposure, buried alive, death marches, put in giant ovens, thrown into fire. These are the ways that I know of. They are inhuman and horrid. This is a terrible event and should not be made in to a joke.
