Sacajawea had one child
Sacagawea had to overcome many obstacles, such as that she was forced to marry a French-Canadian Fur Trade named Charbonneau. She was captured by enemies at 12 and was taken away from her home for five years. Sacagawea had a devastating adventure at her enemy camp. She finally got the chance to regain hope when adventurers Captain Meriwether Lewis and Captain William Clark came to have shelter for the winter, food, and some interpreters and men to fight and to become friends and trade with other indian tribes.
Sacagawea's goals were to help Lewis and Clark find the Northwest Passage, although it did not really exist. She helped save their lives many times.
