Almost any employer that is interested in hiring a veterinarian will hire a veterinarian who has just graduated. The job tends to be more routine and has a lower salary and benefits, but this allows the new veterinarian to adjust to working after studying for so many years. The one big exception to this is academia - very few universities will hire a veterinarian that just graduated to work as a teacher.
