The only thing equivalent to a master's degree is a master's degree. The amount of work experience has nothing to do with it in terms of equivalency. You may indeed have the knowledge but until a college or university validates that by awarding a degree it remains work experience. Some institutions do award college credit for work experience at the undergraduate level, however I have never heard of this being done at the graduate level (a least from a legitimate school).
