There is no formal education/experience required to start modeling. Many agency represented models start off with little to no experience and are trained by their agencies. Experience is also gained through test shoots. Unlike other careers there is no specific experience requirements (i.e. 3-5 years experience in order to be a model). As long as you have the "it" factor and are a natural in front of the camera (among many other factors), the rest will come easy.

Companies not only look at how many years of experience you have on the job, they also look at how well you did in the past. However, ten years is an impressive amount of time on the job, and should entitle a driver to one of the best jobs.
