I believe that one should be a good actor when no training is neccessary; although training would be helpful to enhance ones acting skills.
If you want to become an actor/actress I would highly advise it, although I think it's called a Performing Arts School now :')
If you want to become a school personl trainer, you would have to become certified. Check out local fitness training schools to see if this is something you are interested in.
I don't think you would need much math to become an actor.

The Red Cross does not offer any training to become a phlebotomist in any way. The only way to learn how to do this would be to go to school.

Not necessarily, as you can apprentice or work as a trainee with a locksmith. However, there are also locksmith training schools. As an alternative to traditional school, one option would be online schools.
Surgical tech programs are offered by technical colleges that have an allied healthcare curriculum. This program would features training for RNs, LPNs, medical assisting, etc. While not all allied health programs would include surgical tech training, a school that offers surgical tech training will include it under that umbrella.
