We really have no idea. We do not know how many shepherds came to see Jesus and we are not sure of how many wise men came to see Jesus. There were three gifts, but that does not tell us how many wise men there were.

The name of the angel that visited Joseph is not given in the Bible.
If you mean Mary, mother of Jesus, then she was visited before the birth by the angel Gabriel. Very soon after Jesus was born, she was visited by the shepherds. Much later (up to two years later), the wise men visited.
After Jesus' birth in Bethlehem, the shepherds were the first to visit him, according to the New Testament. The angels announced the birth to the shepherds, who then went to see Jesus in the manger.
There is no record in the Bible that I can see of anyone visiting Jesus Mary and Joseph 12 days after Jesus' birth. The only visitors to them all that seem to be recorded, are the three wise men and the shepherds, who visited them in the cattle shed just after the child was born.
The birth of Mary is not noted in scripture but most assume she was born in Nazareth as that is where she was living at the time the Angel Gabriel visited her for the Annunciation.

Jesus Christ never visited America while he was living on Earth. According to the Christian Bible, Jesus lived out his entire life in Israel so physically he only visited parts of Israel mostly around the Galilee-area including Capernaum, Jerusalem, Bethlehem, and Bethany were he was born and died. However, according to the Mormons, Jesus visited North America after his Resurrection, but this is not accepted by mainstream Christianity.
The only people who visited the new born Jesus in the stable were humble shepherds who had been watching their sheep on the open hillsides that night. (Luke 2:8-20) Later, when Jesus was an older CHILD living in a HOUSE, the "Magi" (who were actually astrologers) visited the house, after first being directed to Jesus' enemy, Herod, by something that appeared to be a 'star'. This nearly lead to Jesus death, but God protected him. (Matthew 2:1-12)
The Jews were God's chosen people and Jesus was born there...so there's a lot of spiritual significance.
Roughly about 125,000 people came to Jerusalem when Jesus was born.
