Working from the facts that

a) 1 tonne of oil equals approx. 42 GJ &

b) Energy Content of a litre of Natural Gas is 25.3 MJ

c) 1 litre = 0.001 m3 hence the Energy content per cubic metre is 25,300 MJ or 25.3GJ

Therefore

1 toe = 42 / 25.3 = 1.66 m3 of Natural Gas

so 0.602 toe = 1 m3 of gas
