The factors that influence learning process can be categorised into two, which are internal and external factore. Internal factors are such factors like the environment, relationship, context reward/purnishment and methods. However, internal factors include perception, emotion, attitude, ability. motivation and memory.
There are many factors of diversity including races. Other factors of diversity include mixing religions and ages of the people in the group.
Learning barriers can be internal or external, physical or psychological/emotional. Personal factors, such as attitude, coping skills, and emotional regulation, are factors that individuals have the most control over in building resilience. These factors can be developed and strengthened through self-awareness, practice, and personal growth efforts.
Diversity can be both permanent and transitory. It depends on the context and factors influencing the diversity. In certain cases, diversity can be a constant state due to external factors. However, in other situations, diversity may fluctuate over time based on changes within a system or society.

These factors can shape the process of nation building, either facilitating or hindering the creation of a unified national identity and sense of belonging among diverse populations within a nation.
