Xbox get the new dlc out first and ps3 second, the first two new maps are out for both systems. you have to be elite to get the new maps first. overwatch , blackbox and two new survival maps are out for xbox but not for ps3

In my opinion, I think MW3 is better because it has better graphics than Black Ops, more "Leveling Up", and better maps.
