this depends on his income, is he working, does he go to school and no part time job, can you afford to keep him for free, if he has a good paying job, 10% of his wages, if he is going to school, then of course you cannot charge him anything, he will need all his money for studies and books, on the other hand if he is lazy no job, no school, you will have to ask him to leave or get off his duff to earn a living.

they should charge $10.55 per week for the firsr 7 weeks then at the rare of 65% income after that. If they have no income it should drop down to $15 week.
