Give up TV. There's altogether too much food on it. Why do you think food companies pay so much money to tell you to "eateateat" every day? The answer is: Because it works. Go for a walk instead. The colours are more realistic outside. you can watch as many TVs as you want..
i have no idea what you are trying to say

If you are looking to lose weight saturated fats is your enemy. The average person should have no more than 60g of saturated fats daily. There for if you are looking to lose weight (I am) you should aim to have 30g max if you are over 5'6 and 20 max if you are under 5'6. I am 5'1 and find if i have any more then this daily my body finds it hard to shed the kilos as i am only small. So the foods you consume while trying to lose weight will vary with your height. Always take this into concideration. Good luck and stay healthy =)
yes nutraments do make you gain weight if your drinking them while your eating your daily meals. they have a pretty high calorie count.
ask someone to watch it for you while you lose weight, sometimes its even better that they just hold onto it for you
