The processor and memory work hand in hand, but there are no support demands. If the CPU is capable of processing data in RAM and completing the functions, this will free up memory and the CPU will be ready to process further. If the RAM is large and the CPU is slow at processing, then the RAM will wait until the CPU is finished before it gives it more data to process.
The support is based on the board and not the CPU. You can almost mix and match parts in the board as long as they are designed for it, but one part does not require support of the other. It would be like asking a neighbor in the block of flats where you live if it is okay for you to mop your own kitchen floor.
An Intel atom processor will support at around 2 gb of ram

The G5 does not have an Intel processor it has an IBM Power PC processor.
Yes. All Pentium 4 boards with Socket 478 support a 1.4 GHz Pentium 4. I would highly recommend not buying such a processor with a low clock; The PI845GLM series all supports much higher clock rates. Even the oldest board in the series can support a 2.93 GHz processor.

It's not whether your processor will support RAM but, rather, your motherboard. Try crucial.com for help == These AMD processors have inbuilt memory controllers and as per specifications can address upto 3 GBytes PC2100 memory. Many motherboards with this processor have 4 memory slots which in total support upto 3GB memory. Please refer to your motherboard specifications on how much memory it you can add. - Neeraj Sharma
Much faster. I cannot say exactly how much faster is it, but at least 5-6 times.
how much does a donor prodessor make
You will need at least a 1.5ghz processor to play Guild Wars.
2.2 GHz is a processor frequency, and 800 MHz is a FSB frequency. First defines how many operations can the processor does; second one defines how much information the processor transfers to other components of computer.
It really depends on the car.
