All of them are worth about $20.00 just for the silver, with out specific dates, mintmarks and a idea of the condition (grade) of the coins, it's the best I can do. Post new question with more info.
A simple answer is the 1893, 1895 & 1903 Morgan dollars from the New Orleans Mint typicaly have the highest values.
Morgan dollars are silver, not gold.
How much a 1903 Silver spoon is worth depends on what condition it is in. If it is in great condition, you could sell it for as much as $2,000.

If it is a US one cent, it is worth at least a dollar. If the condition is really nice it would be worth 5 or 10 dollars.
1903 is not a rare year (regardless of mintmark) and if in average circulated condition it is worth about $6 for the silver. If in better condition it can be worth quite a bit, but if it is fairly worn, a collector will really only give you melt for it.
