Depending on what type of flour an if is sifted...here are the conversions

All-Purpose Flour:

1 cup = 140 grams

1 cup sifted = 115 grams

Cake Flour:

1 cup = 130 grams

1 cup sifted = 100 grams

Whole Wheat Flour:

1 cup = 150 grams

1 cup sifted = 130 grams

Bread Flour:

1 cup = 160 grams

1 cup sifted = 130 grams
